Ms. Blades is a former advocate for the Office of the Attorney General of Trinidad and Tobago and the Solicitor General’s Office; former Company Secretary of the Regulatory Industries, Government Information Company Limited and NIPDEC; and former Chief Executive Officer of the Community Environmental and Protection Enhancement Programme (CEPEP).
In addition, she is a Past Region Chairperson of Lions Clubs International and a Legal Officer (Rank: Captain) with the Ministry of National Security.
